The high tunnel serves us well for growing through the late fall and winter months, into early spring. Brussels sprouts roasted on a grill. Nothing better, right? We planted this crop in August, and now in April we have had nothing but pretty yellow flowers. We have all but given up on growing this veggie, having had no luck the last few years. Anyone know the secret to growing Brussels Sprouts?
Peek-a-boo carrot top. The sweetness of these carrots is beyond belief. We decided to irrigate and since doing so within the high tunnel have found the plants to have grown exponentially.
